World car company PSA Peugeot Citroen and Mitsubishi Motors Corp.. plans to launch a new electric car in the European market at the end of 2010. French car company and the Japanese were told not to name their new vehicles. However, as reported by Assosicated Press, recently, the car will be designed based on the model of i-Miev Mitsubishi, the car which was launched in June earlier. PSA Peugeot spokesman, Jean-Marc Sarret said, this new car will be made in Japan with a target of 50,000 units . He added, half of these sales will be done by Peugeot and Citroen in Europe. While in Japan and other countries will be dealt with Mitsubishi. Sarret disclose this car is also able to travel 130 kilometers in a single battery charge. Meanwhile, to fill the battery fully, it takes about six hours.
